About Streamr DATAcoin (DATA)

Streamr DATAcoin (DATA) was started as a crowdfunding project in 2017 as an open-source project, with the core belief that decentralized infrastructure can seamlessly deliver a healthy ecosystem of money and power. DATA relies on cryptography, instead of trust, in order to enable data monetization in smart cities, IoT, and decentralized web.

About Monaco (MCO)

Monaco rebranded as CRYPTO.com, conducted the MCO token sale during May-June, 2017, has proved its potential tremendously since its launch. Crypto.com was started in 2016, with the aim of building a defensive, distributed platform, which would help to solve usability challenges in the blockchain industry to enhance the user’s life. Crypto.com provides nicely crafted MCO Visa approved pre-paid cards for customers such as Spotify, Netflix, Expedia, Airbnb, and many more.

About Status (SNT)

Status (SNT) is an open-source project aiming to develop a secure communication tool, upholding human rights. The Status project is beautifully combining the DAPP browser, a decentralized messenger, and wallet in a secure and private communication tool. Status enables you to send, store, and receive crypto assets including both ERC20 and ERC721 tokens.

Now, let us check out the top crypto wallets supporting the three coins:

#1 Trust Wallet

Trust Wallet is one of the most secure and user-friendly wallets, gaining more popularity by every passing day. Trust wallet supports mots of teh ERC20 tokens, including DATA, SNT, and MCO tokens. Acquired by Binance, it is an open-source platform that keeps your transactional information safe. Trust Wallet also offers a Web3 browser which can be used to interact with any decentralized application (dapp). It is available for both Android and iOS devices.

#3 imToken Wallet

imTokenhas recently released imToken 2.0, which supports BTC, ETH, and ERC20 tokens like SNT, DATA, and MCO, under one digital identity, backed up with one mnemonic phase. This enables one to control their digital assets in a better way with the built-in token swap functionality. It is a multi-chain wallet that enables dApp browsing and private exchange of value. imToken 2.0 introduces support for mainstream hardware wallets, including imKey, CoolWallet, Ledger, and more to come.

Now, let us take you through the processes on how to create imToken Wallet:

#1 First, install the app by going to https://token.im/, after which you can install the app in both- your Android, as well as iOS mobile devices. Once you download, you will see this window. If you are a first time user, which we assume you are, you have to click on “Create Identity”

#2 After you click on that, you will come across the “Terms of Service” page, where you need to go through it, click on “I agree” and confirm.

#3 Then you will need to create an identity, giving your username and a strong password. Remember that you will have a multi-chain wallet under this identity like BTC, ETH, EOS, and so on.

#4 Now, you’ll be asked to add coins, from this page. You can add any three; here, we will choose ETH, BTC, and ATOM, for instance.

#5 This is a very important step, where you need to backup, as once the mnemonic gets lost, you won’t be able to retrieve it without a proper backup. So, click on “Backup now”. Don’t postpone this for later.

#6 You have successfully logged into imToken wallet. Now click on “Start now”

#7 After several beginner tips, you will come across this window, which talks about security reminders. Now you need to click on “+” sign towards the upper right corner, parallel to “Assets”.

#8 Once you have clicked on it, you can search for coins to be added with either their names like “SNT”, “DATA”, “MCO” or you can put their contact addresses to add these tokens in your wallet: Here are the contract addresses of these tokens:

  • DATA Contract Address: 0x0cf0ee63788a0849fe5297f3407f701e122cc023
  • MCO Contract Address: 0xb63b606ac810a52cca15e44bb630fd42d8d1d83d
  • SNT Contract Address: 0x744d70fdbe2ba4cf95131626614a1763df805b9e

#9 After you have added them all, the page looks like this:

This is how you create a wallet for the three cryptocurrencies- SNT. MCO and DATA. Please make sure, you put the individual contract addresses when needed.
