Wallets are used to store your cryptocurrencies safely, but different wallets have different and unique features, which might not align with other wallets. Wallets are broadly categorized into mobile, desktop, web, hardware and paper wallets. So, in order to access different wallets, you need to adhere to those rules, like for instance, you can’t access a mobile wallet from the desktop. In some cases, some of the wallets which are Mobile wallets support only the Android version, then if you have an iOS device, you won’t be able to access that particular mobile wallet.
The next problem lies in the complexity of the public addresses, which is like a big string of alphanumeric letters, which can’t be easily registered in your mind, as it’s non-human readable. In case you put the wrong public address, your funds will be permanently lost, and you won’t be able to track that.
These two problems can be taken care of, by the new-age decentralized protocol called CRUXPay, which enables you to access any coins or wallets with one unique human-readable ID called CRUX ID. This acts as an identifier for the particular user. You can access your funds with your finger-tip, not worrying about putting the wrong public address and even not worrying about the devices the wallets support.
CRUXPay was created with the intention of having a decentralized human-readable ID (which would be as easy as your email ID ) for the transfer of crypto assets. Suppose you want to send Bitcoin to a receiver named "Person A", you need to give the public address of the "person A", which would look like a plethora of alpha-numeric characters (0x71C7565***ab88b0988***751**********hgft). This looks complex, right? There is a high probability of making a mistake. Just imagine, the same "Person A" having a human-readable decentralized ID (like email@example.com), which will be always associated with "person A". So, whenever you want to send any cryptocurrencies, you just need to put the CRUX ID, and instantly you can send funds.
CRUXPay enables users to interact with blockchain-based systems with ease, by allowing users to create human-readable IDs (CRUX ID) linked to their wallets. These IDs act as users' identities in the crypto ecosystem, allowing them to send and receive funds, request payments, authorize payments, and link dApps with their wallets securely and seamlessly. CRUXPay aims to bridge the gap between the wallets and the applications by establishing the ownership of a private key to a human-readable name. CRUXPay has the following features:
The first integration of CRUXPay is live with the ZelCore wallet as of now and is being integrated into many other wallets. So, let us give you an example with the ZelCore wallet.
First, you need to go the Zel wallet (download Zel wallet), and once you log in, you can click o the "apps" symbol towards the left-hand corner, then many apps will pop up, of which, you click on CRUXPay.
Then click on the " Setup CRUXPay" button and enter the CRUX ID of your choice, so your CRUX ID of ZEL wallet would be "firstname.lastname@example.org". (Isn't it look like email@example.com)?
Now, click on any coins, you want to send, say, for instance, you are sending Bitcoin from say "Wallet 1" , then click on send, and put the CRUX ID, where you want to send, like for example: "firstname.lastname@example.org". Give the amount, say 0.1 BTC, and click on "Send" button, and its done.
This is how you can send Bitcoin or any other crypto easily, in a click. If you have any feedback, you can go to https://twitter.com/cruxpay.
