In the wallet where you want to receive, get the receive address (and note the network). In the wallet you are sending from, go to Send, paste the address, select the same network, enter the amount, and confirm. Pay any network fee (gas). Double-check the address and network; wrong network can mean lost funds. Wait for the required number of confirmations. For tokens (e.g. ERC-20), you need the native coin (e.g. ETH) in the sending wallet to pay gas.
