Can I cancel the gift card once sent to my friend?

Gift Cards once bought cannot be cancelled.

Can I send other cryptos like Ripple etc. instead of Bitcoin?

Unfortunately NO , You will be able to send ONLY Bitcoin for now.

How can one redeem the Gift Card?

Gift card will be reflected in the reward section on the app. Once you scratch the card, Bitcoin worth gift card amount will be credited to your CoinSwitch wallet.

What value or price do I get when I redeem it?

While redeeming your gift, you will get Bitcoins equal to the value of your gift as per the current Bitcoin price at that time.

Can I withdraw the gift card value without completing the KYC?

No, you will not be able to withdraw unless you complete your KYC but you will definitely be able to redeem it.

Do I have to use the same mobile number to create an account on CoinSwitch which is associated with the gift card?

Yes, the same mobile need to be used to create the account as your gift card is associated with the registered mobile number given by the sender.
