By purchasing or using the Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accepting these terms and conditions.

1. CoinSwitch Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned or cancelled

2. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards

3. No refund will be provided in cash or crypto, at any point in time.

4. No interest will be payable by CoinSwitch on any Gift Card

5. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

6. Diwali gift cards can only be purchased through the credits in the CoinSwitch app.

7. Each purchased gift card can be maximum of 10,000 INR

8. A single account holder is allowed to purchase gift card maximum of 50,000 INR

9. CoinSwitch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of gift cards from time to time at its discretion and without any prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
